Financial Management
At ANGOR we believe that proper financial planning combined with effective, accurate and timeous reporting allows our clients to make informed daily management decisions.
We are a systems-driven company with the most technologically advanced programs specifically tailored and developed for the property industry. Every facet of our business is driven through fully automated, custom designed systems which have been implemented to ensure that the process runs without a hitch.
We provide each scheme with a monthly accrual-based financial report. Our report includes an income statement, monthly and annual budget comparisons, balance sheet, debtor’s age analysis together with arrear status reporting and a detailed bank account with invoices.
Individual ABSA bank accounts with real time balancing using Host-to-Host Connectivity are provided for each client. This solution is specifically engineered to offer the highest level of reliability, security and real time balancing. It allows for separate, market-linked Investment Accounts, ensuring transparency.
Our Portfolio Specialists
Our Portfolio Specialists are selected from a spectrum of the financial services industry making ANGOR Property Specialists a market leader in this relatively young industry. They are required to complete a Sectional Title Scheme Management Course through the University of Cape Town within their first year of employment. We believe that ongoing training enhances the company’s and the individual Relationship Specialist's professional approach. |
