ANGOR Property Specialists is registered with the Estate Agency Affairs Board and all our Rental Agents are qualified and licensed with the EAAB. They are required to hold an FETC Real Estate NQF 4 or 5 qualification and have a wealth of knowledge about the industry. Property Rental Service
An unmanaged or "let only" property rental includes sourcing, vetting and placing a suitable tenant in your property. Our Rental Agents will view the property, offer advice and guidance as to the current rental trends in the area and will market your property via the internet and suitable press.

Once a prospective tenant is secured, affordability and reference checks will be made, FICA documents obtained and a lease agreement will be prepared for signature by both tenant and landlord.

The Rental Agent will collect both the deposit and the first month's rental and, only once payment has been made in full, will facilitate key handover. Once key handover has taken place, the balance of deposit and first month's rental (less commission) will be transferred to the landlord, who will then assume responsibility for managing the rental.
