We’re excited to introduce a brand-new webinar series created specifically for owners living in community schemes – with a special focus on those navigating the unique challenges of Sectional Title ownership in South Africa.

Whether you’re a new owner, a long-time resident, or simply looking to better understand your rights and responsibilities, these practical sessions are for you.

What to Expect

These webinars are designed to equip you with the knowledge and tools to confidently participate in scheme matters, understand your financial obligations, and know where to turn for help when needed.

Each webinar is R100, unless advertised as a Free webinar, and registration is essential. Once payment is confirmed via PayFast, you’ll receive a unique link to join the session and a recording afterwards — even if you can’t attend live.

Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.

  • Muted Attendees & Q&A: All attendees will be muted. Use the Q&A box to submit questions anonymously at any time.

  • Cancellations: Please cancel via your registration email if you can’t attend. If not cancelled, your scheme may still be billed.

  • Recording: Sent to all registrants after each session.
